Sally Rees - hitting the headlines as she leads the way for Anna Chaplaincy in Wales

The Revd Sally Rees is not only the Bishop's Officer for Older People's Ministry – her bishop happens to be the Archbishop of Wales, the Most Revd John Davies – but she is now our Anna Chaplaincy Lead for Wales. Sally will be officially commissioned at a Mothers' Union celebration service at Brecon Cathedral on 5 May. I will also be there speaking about Anna Chaplaincy as guest speaker that day.

Sally preached at a Candlemas service in her home parish of St Edmund's Church, Crickhowell, on Sunday 2 February. Click here to listen tor her sermon explaining the link between the prophetess, Anna, of Luke's gospel, and today's Anna Chaplaincy.
