A day trip to New Zealand was organised for more than 60 guests at Highfield Church, Southampton.

Volunteers, including the city’s team of Anna Chaplains, ensured there was singing, games, feel-good hand massages and of course a session on learning the Maori ceremonial dance, the Haka.

The Caraway newsletter contains a link to a short video to give a taster of the fun everyone had!

There are lovely photos too of Anna Chaplains and other volunteers being thanked for all their efforts at a ‘Pudding and Pimms’ garden event. Now that’s a way to make people feel really appreciated.
