Older persons outreach leader

St Augustine’s Church, Bradford, is one of four churches in the Bradford Moor Cluster of Parishes seeking an older persons outreach leader.

It is a paid post for 20 hours a week and the successful applicant will work across four urban churches in Bradford and Pudsey, including St Clement’s, St Margaret’s and St James the Great.

The area has some of the highest levels of pensioner poverty in the country. The parishes are looking for the right leader to develop ‘pastoral and creative relationships’ with older people and community leaders, create and lead worship, and recruit and motivate volunteers.
