An art journey through Lent

St John the Baptist Church, Hampshire

Given the importance of focusing on what is life-affirming at the moment, I was delighted to see this journey through Lent from the artist Sophie Hacker. It is a collaboration between Hereford and Winchester Cathedrals. Each week of Lent Sophie highlights a particular artwork.

This week's is the very first stained glass window she was commissioned to make for a small church in Hampshire. Follow her short videos and for those who would like to meet Sophie and discuss the series of five, there is a plenary session, hosted on Zoom at 7pm on 30 March. To register your interest in joining the discussion, please email events@herefordcathedral.org
