Colouring your way to a calmer day...

Writer: Debbie ThrowerDebbie Thrower

Janet Parker in Chelmsford Diocese is continuing her weekly colouring sheets and reflections based on different excerpts of scripture. As well as drawing inspiration from Psalm 23, the ever-popular 'The Lord is my shepherd', she has others on the story of Noah and the Ark

and Jesus and the disciples' Walk to Emmaus.

These are a simple, but effective, way of engaging older people weekly – individually or in groups – whether in care homes or in their own private homes, in Bible stories, prayers and imaginative reflections on the relevance of the Bible to our situations today.
