Anna Chaplaincy Ministry Lead Debbie Ducille was to be found in the recent June heatwave at the Methodist Conference marketplace representing BRF Ministries. The event took place this year in Telford, Shropshire.

'It's always so encouraging to attend Methodist gatherings', said Debbie, 'as there is such a warmth (ha ha) towards BRF Ministries and all that we offer to the church in resources, training and inspiration for ministry among all generations.'

One resource and one author in particular that is always appreciated by the Connexion is Andrew Roberts and Holy Habits. Andrew stopped by the BRF stand to chat, and is looking forward to Holy Habits being relaunched and titles extended in the coming months.

Debbie and colleagues Jane and Kate had the pleasure of holding fruitful conversations with delegates, particularly as they arrived for Saturday's presidential induction service, but also welcomed seeing some familiar faces; including the Revd Dr Keith Albans, Chair of Christians on Ageing and Chaplaincy Leads for MHA, Sam Cowling-Green and Abi Ogier.

'The chance to catch up with these key voices in the sphere of older peoples' ministry is a gift,' said Debbie.
