Festive fun as Alton stages Christmas carols and more...

Anna Chaplain Emily Spencer has sent us photos of the recent Festive Event for the town's older people. There was a carol service and tea as well as hand massages and craft activities.

'We had such a fun time on the 3rd of December- lots of people came and joined in the festivities!' said Emily.

The birthplace of Anna Chaplaincy has had a paid part-time Anna Chaplain since 2010 and now has a strong team of volunteer Anna Friends. The Revd Philip Simpkins, who is Emily's line manager and a huge support to all the team wished all the guests and helpers a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
