Conwy group gathers to enjoy the gift of 'being'

Anna Chaplain for the Bangor and Holyhead Methodist Circuit, Jan Isbell, writes:

'On Saturday March 21, Katherine Froggatt and her husband, Hugh, came to Conwy, North Wales and led us in a day of Ageing with Grace.

They presented the 'Gift of Being', allowing us to become creative and prayerful.  One such activity was the opportunity to make a cross from twigs from their apple tree, which is treasured as we journey through the seasons of Ageing and Lent.  Below are a few comments I received after the event:

“I liken it to a God-given retreat day, where I was blessed enormously by all who were there”
“Mum really enjoyed the day, and being able to be quiet”
“It certainly was a very special day of blessing in our journey together through Lent”
