Journey through a labyrinth this year

Updated: Jan 4

The benefits of the spiritual practice of pilgrimage are well known: 'A pilgrimage is a journey with a sacred destination and with a spiritual intent,' as the Revd Jennie Cappleman describes it in the latest edition of Rapport, the magazine of North Devon retreat centre, Lee Abbey. (Rapport, January–April 2021).

Don't imagine you have to have considerable resources and physical fitness to undergo an arduous journey, though, in order to take advantage of what a pilgrimage has to offer body, mind and spirit. Revd Cappleman has devised an armchair labyrinth which allows you to take a spiritual journey from the comfort of your own home.

You can download the labyrinth and its accompany notes here.
