Anna Chaplaincy ministry lead Debbie Ducille was delighted to gatecrash a lunchtime meeting last week, when Professor John Swinton was visiting Birmingham at the beginning of a new research project. John is looking at dementia care across cultures, and was in town to interview families impacted by dementia from African Caribbean backgrounds. Families and individuals were invited to participate through their relationship with local Anna Chaplain Debbie Gurling. It’s a great honour for Anna Chaplaincy to be involved in such important research, and we look forward with anticipation to John’s findings.
