Macmillan coffee fundraiser comes up trumps

Bright and breezy on a Monday morning in September saw Sue Brittain and the team from Corby hosting a Macmillan coffee morning.

With an appetizing array of cakes donated by willing bakers, guests had a lovely time. Guessing the weight of the cake was a key feature, weighing in at 1lb 10oz with one lady guessing it exactly! The winner kindly shared her prize with others...

An encouraging amount of £205 was raised all together for Macmillan Cancer Support. Well done to Sue and the team!
