She has reassuring information to pass on, that, ‘for those with little IT awareness there’s no need to panic. If you have the NHS app on your phone, just click on Covid Pass, and choose Domestic Pass, and there it is. It is valid for a month and if you have an iPhone you can also download it to save in your Apple wallet. All very easy!’
