Webinar with Faith in Older People

We are delighted to be collaborating with our friends at Faith in Older People (Scotland) again to offer a webinar, focused on offering practical approaches to spiritual care and the potential of Anna Chaplaincy. The webinar is on Wednesday 20 March, 10.00 am – 12.30 pm.

This webinar is particularly aimed at church leaders, care providers and all those engaged in communities seeking to support spiritual care among older people, particularly in Scotland. A variety of approaches can be used, but we are grateful to highlight the Purple Bicycle Project, as referenced in the Anna Chaplaincy Handbook.

A stellar line-up of speakers includes Church of Scotland moderator, Rt Revd Sally Foster-Fulton, CEO of Scottish Care Dr Donald Mackaskill and Professor John Swinton, University of Aberdeen, chair of divinity and religious studies, who developed the Purple Bicycle Project along with Harriet Mowat.

There will also be practical input from Anna Chaplains in Scotland and Kent, and breakout rooms for further discussion.

To book your place (£20), please use the Eventbrite link here.
