Archbishop Sarah Mullally visited St Christopher's care home in Peterborough Diocese this weekend where she met staff, residents and Anna Chaplains. Archbishop Sarah said it was 'inspiring' to meet the Anna Chaplains and see the way in which they are being trained to support people with dementia.

She talked particularly to Anna Chaplain and local coordinator Liz Kelly in the care home's garden as part of her time at St Christopher's in Northampton.
Afterwards, staff at the home in Abington sent a message to the Archbishop saying: 'Thank you so much for visiting us, it was both a pleasure and an honour to meet you.'
The Archbishop's two day tour of churches, homes and the cathedral was part of a weekend spent in Peterborough Diocese with diocesan Bishop Debbie Sellin which Dame Sarah said showed how much hope there is in work being done in churches and the wider community.
