If this topic strikes a chord with you do join in the first of three discussions beginning this Friday, May 15 at 5pm.
You may read a new report about death literacy from diverse faith perspectives. It is the result of work which began in Birmingham and is now being expanded to London. The full report can be found here: https://www.stmarys.ac.uk/research/centres/the-art-of-dying-well/docs/ethnically-diverse-faith-perspectives-on-death-literacy-and-end-of-life-care.pdf
Report author Maggie Doherty says:
‘If any of the Anna Chaplaincy network are from black and ethnically diverse communities, it would be great if they were able to take part. Our research explores the perspectives of ethnically diverse faith communities on end-of-life care and death literacy. We are particularly keen to include voices from these communities in our focus groups, so any support in sharing the dates more widely and encouraging participation would be hugely appreciated.'
The online discussions will be repeated on May 21 at noon, and June 1 at 7pm if those days and times are more convenient for you.
