In a bid to ease people's loneliness, the charity Linking Lives UK is launching 'Good Conversations'. It's a new training package designed to equip volunteers in just that – having good conversations!
The training can apply to all sorts of setting such as coffee drop-ins, lunch clubs, warm spaces, food banks and anywhere, really, where volunteers are engaging with members of the public.
You are invited to join the online Good Conversations launch event on Monday 5 December from 7.30 to 8.30 pm, where they'll be unpacking the training in more detail and answering questions that people may have.
