Knitted stars are also winging their way to older people in Sevenoaks and surrounding areas. Lead Anna Chaplain for the town (as well as Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge) in Kent, Revd Anne Bourne, writes to tell us about the successful project in her area. ‘Here’s just a few of the stars knitted by the congregation at St Luke’s Church and local Soroptimist group here in Sevenoaks to bring the light of Christ to local care homes.’
