A new e-book sets out to help readers understand depression and begin to live well again. Author, psychologist and priest , Chris Scott, is making it available 'during these difficult times', free to download as a pdf from his website. Once there, just click on the blue box link to 'Free Stress Book'.

Illustrator Tomas Woodbridge's sketches help illustrate key points, making it an easy-to-read 114-page guide to depression, one of the fastest growing conditions in the world. 'Hardly a conversation will be had without the word "stress" cropping up in it,' writes Scott, as he provides straightforward advice in a simple-to-assimilate format.
